Artist's Description
This is an earlier painting of mine depicting deep sea fishing back in the day when most boats were still made of wood. It has a retro feel about it and that is what I was after. I wanted an image like one you might have seen on an old "Field and Stream" magazine cover. These two men have just landed a Blue Marlin. A mighty fine trophy indeed.
